The woman calling herself Miss Judy Smith was not amused by the turn of events.  By this time, it is her victim who is squirming in ropes and silenced by a gag.  However, Miss Smith actually found the situation amusing.  She now got to feel the way her victims felt...at the mercy of another woman.  Of course, her victims would generally panic.  They would squirm and try to cry out.  Miss Smith did test her bonds and she was quite secure.   When she tied up her victims, Miss Smith never used handcuffs.  There was always something to bind her victims with...rope or even pantyhose or scarves.  The same was true for gags. Why bring something that might be traced back to you?  However, handcuffs were used by the cops...so, she did have something hidden in her panties...
