News Service): When Loren arrived at the airport, she was tired and needed
to freshen up. An airport employee told her about a little used
restroom on the basement level. When she found the restroom, it was
indeed isolated and private. Just as she beginning her fresh-up
routine, Loren heard the restroom door open. Hadn't she locked it?
No harm done. Loren told the woman that she would be done in a
couple of minutes. There was no answer. Loren turned to see...to see what? There was a distorted face. It was a woman, but she was wearing a stocking over her head. Why would...shit, Loren thought. I'm about to be robbed or kidnapped. The woman didn't have a weapon or did she? There was a folded bandanna in her hand and it was distinctly wet. Loren had seen too many movies and TV shows. Put that over her mouth and she would be out cold and helpless, she assumed. The woman didn't say anything, but closed in on her. Loren was not about to allow this woman to put her to sleep, if that was her intention. Loren tried to push past the woman, but the woman grabbed her. Loren fought trying to avoid the cloth. |
